Do you prefer to drink rum straight? Your home bar is now well stocked and you regularly have to restrain yourself from buying "that one bottle"? And you finally want to know what pot stills, esters and Angeldust are all about so you can show off to your friends? Then you've come to the right place. Compared to the beginner class, the advanced class dives deeper into the subject matter. The individual steps of the production process will be examined in more detail, you will take a trip into cocktail history and you will be shown how well chocolate and rum go together. And, of course, you will taste a number of high-quality distillates that you have certainly never tried before.
