Let's celebrate this life together once again. Together with DJ Malú, who has often played for our Ecstatic Dance Community, we will ring in this year with a powerful, deep dance!

ATTENTION the dance will take place in the Büze again this time and starts at 18:45 with the entrance and at 19:00 with the dance. We are very much looking forward to dancing and diving deep together!

Guidelines to make everyone feel good
∆ no cell phones
∆ Drug free (i.e. no alcohol, psychedelics or other substances)
∆ Barefoot
∆ No verbal communication on the dance floor
∆ Respectful cooperation and sensitive interaction with each other

Tips and tricks
∆ Bring a blanket and a water bottle with you
∆ Come in comfortable clothes in which you feel safe and comfortable
∆ Don't eat anything heavy beforehand, it's better to dance then

What is Ecstatic Dance?

- Embodiment
Ecstatic Dance is such a great combination of movement, fun meditation, depth and broadening your horizons. It's a really good tool for developing into new dimensions with joy in your heart. We give control to the body.

-Free Journey
This is a kind of ceremonial dance journey in your own rhythm. Free dancing. Perhaps this requires courage at first. But letting go in this process and dancing freely is part of the journey of Ecstatic Dance.

- A well-founded concept
Ecstatic dance exists all over the world and usually follows the same guidelines. It is about drug-free, cell phone-free dancing without shoes and without talking, so that you can concentrate fully on your own inner world. The DJ will guide all the dancers and it's good to get involved with the sounds that are coming, regardless of your personal taste in music. The music is usually cross-genre and leads the dancers through quieter and more dynamic phases. It is all about feeling into the body.

The VVK ends on 09.03. at 10:00. If the tickets are sold out, there will be no more tickets available at the box office. Better make sure you get one early!

Here is some interesting information about the ticket options:

Unfortunately, we have recently had to adjust our ticket prices to reflect rising costs. There are now only a very limited number of discounted tickets available. Please be careful with them. If you are currently in financial difficulties that make it NOT at all possible for you to buy a ticket, but you absolutely want to come, then write us an email.
