As part of Schmitzundkunzt 's constantly active sustainability ideasand concepts , we implement a concept popularly known as the "Repair Café" in our available space. We generally hold this event format once a month on a Sunday .

You can visit our Repair Café at any time during opening hours without prior appointment. However, if you want to make sure that we can actually repair the exact item(s) you want to bring to us for repair, you are welcome to inform us in advance about your visit and your defective item(s) via the following button.

Another advantage of filling out this pre-announcement and sending it to us is that we will process your repair registration as a priority. In other words, we process devices that have been announced to us in advance at our appointments before the devices of visitors who show up spontaneously for the appointments!

In order for us to be able to better estimate the volume of work, we should receive advance notification of your defective devices by email at least one week before the repair appointment. This way we can make sure together whether we can actually repair the exact item(s) you want to bring to us for repair. Please understand that we can only help you without timely notification by e-mail if our helpers have free capacity.
