Renate Bergmann leaves her Spandau property to her nephew Stefan after he has spent years teaching her how to use modern technology. After all, they always say that a man should build a house, father a son and plant a tree in his lifetime. Well, everyone will help a bit with building the house, especially Kurt. The son thing didn't work out either, because Ariane, Stefan's wife, is expecting another girl - little Agneta. And in the end, Stefan is left with 14 apple tree seedlings. Fortunately, there is enough space for a meadow orchard. But read for yourself what Renate has to say about the situation on the building site:
