This is what the Federal Ministry of Transport (Volker Wissing), with the support of the State Minister of Transport (Kaweh Mansoori, SPD), wants to throw in our faces - as part of the Federal Transport Infrastructure Plan.
This would cost many people their land and their homes. But it would also be a serious blow to the environment and the climate, against a comprehensive mobility turnaround.
We at BI"Es ist zu laut" think that we can prevent the expansion of the A5 highway. To this end, we organized the bicycle demo on the freeway on 29 September together with many others. We want to repeat this on the A5 in May. Because we believe that here, on the A5, we can stop the Federal Transport Infrastructure Plan. And show that there is no social consensus for more and more roads, more cars, more concrete.
