Reformer Pilates & Paint

Experience the perfect combination of intensive Reformer Pilates and creative development! Reformer Pilates trains your muscles, improves your posture and increases your flexibility. After the energetic workout, you can unleash your creativity: In a relaxed painting session with acrylic paints, you will design your own abstract work of art - all materials are included. No previous experience required. Come as you are. :)

What is included? Guided Reformer Pilates session and painting session by a Pilates teacher and an artist. Canvas, paints, and use of the Reformer equipment and mats are included.

Please note: The picture shown when booking is just an example. The artist will explain the technique to you, but at the event you are completely free to choose the colors and how you want to apply them to the canvas. As we paint with acrylic paints, it is best not to wear your latest clothes. Food and drinks are not included in the price - so feel free to bring your own drink.
