BOX OFFICE

Regardless of whether the PRE-SALE has already ended or is sold out, we always reserve a contingent of tickets at the Box Office for all spontaneous decision-makers. Tickets can be purchased at the Box Office from 23:00 on the day of the event for €20. However, to avoid waiting times and frustration, we recommend arriving early.

ADVANCE BOOKING & ADMISSION

Admission to the event with a pre-sale ticket is via a separate entrance(fast lane with reduced waiting time and no admission stop) and only until the time shown on the ticket. After this time, the ticket loses its validity. In addition, we always reserve our domiciliary rights - especially in the event of violations of our Equality & Diversity Policy.

RE-ENTRY

For organizational reasons, re-admission to the event (e.g. with the event stamp) cannot be guaranteed after entering the event.
