Poetry Concert - Zauberflöte

How would Mozart have presented his Magic Flute today? As a rap battle? As a comic book? We don't know, but we are convinced that a poetry slam is a great way to present the classic in a new light! In the charming and witty moderation of Sebastian 23 and Andy Strauß, you can experience Mozart's opera in a new, humorous and contemporary version. With a twinkle in our eye, we ask how the texts and content of the over 200-year-old opera can stand up to today's perspective and take a fresh look at its familiar characters and themes. The evening will be accompanied by students from the University of Music FRANZ LISZT Weimar, who will present the famous arias and duets from The Magic Flute in a relaxed and inviting atmosphere.
