Philipp van Endert - Music for peaceful places

In the organizer's words:

Since his return from the USA, Philipp van Endert has established himself as a unique and unmistakable voice in the current jazz scene.

He has played numerous tours, concerts and recordings in America, Europe and Africa and has accepted invitations to perform at many international festivals.

And now he's coming to us...

It's the second time.
Even back then - together with saxophonist Romano Schubert - he accepted because he liked the special atmosphere in the columbarium, the intimate relationship with the audience and, of course, the acoustics in the room, which, as is so often the case in churches, are excellent.

In our small series MUSIC FOR PEACEFUL PLACES, he will now - as dusk falls - focus his music entirely on the staging of the space as a stage and peaceful place.
