Come with our former managing director Thorsten Riehle "from the roof to the cellar" and take a look behind the scenes at the Capitol. Have you always wanted to see more than "just" the auditorium and foyer at the Capitol? Exciting stories about the "Old Lady", as we affectionately call our house, included.

As part of the partner network "The 1920s in Mannheim", we open our listed building to the public on two guided tours. Anyone interested in the architecture of the building and the careful refurbishment in 2018 is in good hands on the guided tours.

Numerous Mannheim institutions are taking the exhibition "Die Neue Sachlichkeit - Ein Jahrhundertjubiläum" at the Kunsthalle Mannheim as an opportunity to offer events under the motto "The 1920s in Mannheim" from September 1, 2024 to March 9, 2025. The spectrum ranges from exhibitions, concerts and readings to theater, opera, film, guided tours, lectures, symposia and parties.
