For eight days in November, Gasthaus Canow is hosting a dinner series for the second time. Ronja and Marieke have teamed up to cook a regional and seasonal five-course menu.
They will be cooking on four weekends in November, each Friday and Saturday. Places are limited and reservations are required. 70€ p.p. plus drinks. Overnight stays possible.
The menu is based on regional products from small producers in the region with whom we have been working for a long time.
have been working with for a long time. For example, Erdhof Seewalde (meat and dairy products), the Good Food Syndicate (vegetables) and Seenfischerei Obere Havel (fish) provide us with selected products for the menu. Some things come from the forest or our own garden.
