Welcome to the Nordic Reading Night 2025 at Werk 2 with ten authors from Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden, who will be presenting their latest books in German translation to coincide with the Leipzig Book Fair. Lars Elling from Denmark will be presenting "The Princes of Birkensee" and Wencke Mühleisen with "Everything I'm Afraid of Has Already Happened", Finland will be represented by Maria Turtschaninoff and "Moorhöhe" and Katja Kettu and "Nachforschungen einer Katze", Norway, this year's guest country at the Leipzig Book Fair, will be presenting Thomas Korsgaard with "Stadt" and Nanna Foss with "Die Geminiden. Spektrum #2", from Sweden Lina Wolff with "Der Teufelsgriff" and Agri Ismaïl with "Der Wert der Welt" and Iceland presents Pedro Gunnlaugur Garcia with "Unser leuchtendes Leben" and Yrsa Sigurdardóttir with "Rauch". Ulla Ackermann, Justus Carl, Tina Flecken, Ina Kronenberger, Tanja Küddelsmann, Hannes Langendörfer, Grit Thunemann and Frank Zuber will be talking to them.

If you want to experience even more concentrated Nordic literature during the four days of the book fair, you will find it in the Nordic Forum and in the Norwegian Guest of Honour Pavilion in Hall 4 as well as at satellite events in the city. A warm welcome!
