Nils Holgersson is a cheeky little naughty boy with nothing but nonsense on his mind. He teases the animals, doesn't listen to his parents and of course he doesn't want to know anything about church or school. One day, however, he takes things too far and is reduced to the size of a thumb. This means he can no longer face his parents. What should he do? How will he get out of this situation?

Children and the whole family can experience a special version of the well-known story. 4 or 5 professional dancers perform the story about friendship, courage and the appreciation of every life.
