Happy birthday, DrRave! One half of the duo Technopraxis is celebrating his birthday this night, together with his nex:us colleagues Techknow and Marlon Möltgen. The latter kicks off the party with energetic techno, with some influences from the old school rave era. Powerful bass and drums, softened by classic synthesizer sounds, usually form the foundation of his music. Vocals and elements of trance, electro and psy are often added, as well as melodic indie dance sounds.

Techknow demonstrates a great deal of expertise in energetic, driving peak-time techno that sends the crowd into ecstasy. He discovered his passion for electronic music in the early 2020s, built up a collective shortly afterwards and has been behind the decks himself for a good two years now. His skillful build-up, hypnotic synths and powerful bass create DJ sets full of tension and energy - uncompromising, dark and captivating.

DrRave taught himself to DJ in 2018, ventured into the official spotlight for the first time in 2022 and now sees himself as "too groovy to handle". His style evolved from initial tech house and raw techno to drumcode-inspired sounds, always exploring new directions within the techno genre. Unmistakable elements of his sound are driving basslines, groovy parts and clean, powerful beats - definitely driving and bouncy.
