Let's welcome the new year together with a mindful and powerful practice. This special extended practice invites you to consciously pause, realign yourself and find clarity for your path in the coming year.

You are cordially invited to this extended practice in the SKM Gallery as a New Year's Special - with a small cocoa ritual to arrive and enjoy. In keeping with the spirit of this special location, you can look forward to a balanced, creative flow in this 90-minute yoga practice, which will give you enough time to reconnect with yourself, be mindful of yourself, feel into your body and connect with your intuition. After the physical practice, we will dive into a 15-minute yoga nidra, a form of deep relaxation that regenerates body and mind, brings you into deep calm and strengthens clarity and inner alignment.

Afterwards, you are welcome to linger in the gallery for a while to chat, be inspired, marvel at art and connect with others.
