You can read about structural change or job restructuring/downsizing in the press almost every day. Are you interested in this topic?

Making the public aware of the existence of the problem of jobseekers with a high level of education is an important task of our association.

Support us by coming along!

Are you an academic and highly qualified? As an engineer, IT specialist, scientist or business economist, are you "highly sought after" by the economy? And yet you still receive rejections on your applications?

Although you leave no stone unturned, you lead a life between temporary contracts, fixed-term projects and low wages, always somewhere between temporary work, internships, unemployment, a care situation and precarious self-employment?

Perhaps you would like to get active with other people affected in order to bring movement into your situation? Then you've come to the right place. The self-help network *nea e.V. offers help for self-help. All people who have joined our association can (usually) take part in our weekly online regulars' table (Zoom conference) - this is how we bridge distances.

The aim of our association is to improve our sometimes very stressful situation through mutual support, such as workshops by internal and external coaches and through offers and exchanges in our offices. We are open to suggestions and innovation.

We welcome those affected as well as fellow campaigners who would like to support us in these tasks.
