NACHTFOYER mit Horst Keining

In conversation with Dr. Stephan Mann from Museum Goch, artist Horst Keining presents his latest publication.

HORST KEINING SCOOP was the first attempt to move away from art book aesthetics towards succinct magazine design. The slipcase HORST KEINING B2, published by KV Leverkusen-Schloss Morsbroich in 2023, came even closer to this idea with the three saddle-stitched brochures in the DIN A4-format slipcase.

The new slipcase HORST KEINING B24, published by the Museum Goch on the occasion of the VERITABLE VIEW exhibition, comes even closer to the magazine and journal impression: the A4 format contributes significantly to this, as do the saddle stitching and the color illustrations that extend to the edge of the page, most of which use the double page, i.e. the A3 format.
