For over 20 years now, the night flea market in Magdeburg has been one of the most renowned markets in the whole of Germany and has long been the biggest junk event in Saxony-Anhalt. The number of regular traders is constantly increasing, because almost everyone who has been there once likes to come back. The popularity is often so great that even three exhibition halls with a total area of almost 9000 square meters are not enough to accommodate all the vendors. The Magdeburg night flea market with around 250 traders each time has grown to become the best flea market in the city on the Elbe and always attracts thousands of visitors each market day.
