MuSaMe On Stage: Jack Devaney (UK) acoustic/singer/songwriter

The MuSaMe invites you to a new musical series in the heart of Düsseldorf: The MuSaMe On Stage! Look forward to our first artist:

Jack Devaney (UK) is a singer-songwriter who draws heavily on the tradition of various folk and rock acts over the decades. The seeds of his influences were sown by his father when the then teenager began learning piano and later guitar.

His first musical loves have followed to this day. Artists such as The Doors, The Beatles, Bob Dylan and Arctic Monkeys still play a big part in shaping his songwriting.

After joining several bands as a teenager, he moved to Germany in his early 20s and later became a full-time musician. In the process, Jack gained experience in projecting a personable yet commanding presence on stage. His songwriting has a maturity that can only be achieved through trial and error. The approach, while traditional, brings a fresh perspective to well-trodden paths of love, loss, fear and sorrow.

His debut EP "The Phantom Limb" from 2022 was very well received and his small but dedicated fan base is eager to hear what comes next.
