On Self-Help Day, self-help groups from a wide range of areas will provide an insight into their work at 57 information stands on Marienplatz. We are delighted to be able to present and celebrate the diversity of self-help so prominently in the heart of the city together with you!
There will be a colorful stage program that reflects the abundance and diversity of self-help in Munich and the surrounding area.
Get information and advice from many self-help activists who have become experts in their own field. Whether it's about a rare disease or personal life issues: self-help groups offer a protected framework for exchanging ideas at eye level and finding new solutions together.
You will be impressed by how many people support each other in self-help groups and are committed to helping those affected.
The Self-Help Centre organizes the Self-Help Day together with the Social Department of the City of Munich under the patronage of Lord Mayor Dieter Reiter.
