Who is Jay?
Jay is a PhD biophysicist, former teacher and passionate chef with extensive experience in South Indian cuisine. His knowledge of healthy eating, sustainable living and cultural diversity is combined with his love for cooking. 🧑🍳
What can you expect?
In this interactive workshop, we will immerse ourselves in the fascinating world of Indian spices. We will prepare 10 masalas from scratch, including a special chai masala. 🍵
