In this cooking class with winetasting you will learn everything about food paring of dishes from the Levant, Israel and Lebanon. The best part is that you will not only drink together, but also cook together.

Sebastian will welcome you with an aperitif and take you directly to the kitchen. Together you will prepare a buffet with Middle East street food for a total of four courses.

For the tasting of the dishes there is a large selection of wines, which can handle the different textures, spices, spiciness and cooking methods. We are excited about Sebastian's selection, which he, as an excellent sommelier, can also explain in particular.
