Who is this yoga class suitable for?

The yoga class "Yoga Nidra" is suitable for participants (m/f/d) of all levels. Whether beginners or participants (m/f/d) who already have experience with yoga.

To participate in this yoga class you do not need any previous knowledge or special physical abilities, this yoga class is suitable for everyone.

BENEFIT:

Through guided meditation and mindfulness exercises, you will enter a state of deep calm and serenity.

MATERIALS:

We have everything on site for you to borrow free of charge during the yoga class: mats, cushions, blankets and aids are available in sufficient numbers.

TARIFFS:

Prices (incl. VAT) for yoga classes up to 90 minutes:

• A one-way ticket costs 18 EUR /erm. 16 EUR (reduced according to terms and conditions)
• You can also take advantage of the introductory offer as a new customer and book a 3-course value-added card for a one-off fee of 25 EUR - with this you can attend an open class of your choice and book two further open classes (with points system) within 30 days of the first yoga class
• If you already know that you enjoy our open classes and would like to come more regularly, you can purchase a 10-lesson card for 180 EUR / reduced 160 EUR (10+1) (valid for 3 years from purchase) or
• if you want to attend regularly, you can also become a member (membership can be canceled every 4 weeks!). Our annual memberships are even cheaper!
