In 14 episodes, people from the Elbe-Weser region are presented - a picture of society at a historically special moment. The corona pandemic, the Russian war of aggression in Europe, the climate crisis, inflation and an uncertain economic future form a diffuse backdrop for the following questions: Who are we? Where do we come from? And where do we want to go? What holds our society together? What defines our home? The statements of our protagonists create hope, identity and motivation, because they have one thing in common: through their artistic and social work, they strengthen the cohesion of the community.
