Mending means mending and patching clothes, and this can easily be done by hand with a lot of creativity and enjoyment of slowing down. In this workshop, fashion designer and seamstress Alexandra will explain the basics as well as one or two hand stitches that you can use for a wide variety of mending work. You can try them out on samples or bring along one or two items of clothing that you can repair yourself using your new knowledge. Materials and tools will be provided.
