MATHILDE GOES JAZZ

Dear jazz fans,

at our next concert on

March 11 at 8 p.m. in Mathilde Bar, Ottensen

we celebrate the return of spring with Contemporary Trio Jazz

PANIMO.

When Lucas Kemmler (guitar), Timon Krämer (double bass) and Henning Katz (drums) came together in Hamburg at the end of 2022, they merged their diverse musical influences into an individual sound fabric: catchy melodies, complex rhythms and gripping harmonies.

They present their very own take on contemporary jazz and are inspired by the music of Wolfgang Muthspiel and Brian Blade.

With their compositions, most of which were penned by guitarist Lucas Kemmler, they set themselves the task of uniting the opposites of simplicity and complexity, tension and relaxation - a dynamic that characterizes the interplay of the three friends and musicians in a small trio formation.
