MANTRA CHANTING WITH LUNASOL

We are very happy to finally be back in Cologne on November 30th. Together we want to sing, listen, feel and go into silence.

Invite yourself on a journey to yourself, in harmony with other voices. Together we will sing mantras from our debut album 'Trust' and sing selected mantras from different cultures, accompanied by guitar and harmonium sounds. The lyrics of the songs will be distributed at the beginning.
The mantras are simple and catchy and invite us to surrender and enjoy the moment. The focus is on your well-being, so please take care of yourself and find a comfortable posture in which you feel at ease. If you wish, you can also simply receive and let yourself be carried by the sounds.
We look forward to singing together with you and going on a little journey that connects us and can lead us into the depths of our hearts.

'Mantra' comes from Sanskrit and means sacred syllable, sacred word or sacred verse.
Through the repetition of the mantra texts, which have a strong energetic effect, we can let go and immerse ourselves in the sounds of our voices, of all voices. The melodies of the songs touch the heart and our emotional world. Singing the mantras and heart songs together noticeably raises the energy in the room and makes it easy for us to release tension and blockages.
