Larissa Raumann & Jens Baumgart

The Bremen duo "Cinnamon Moon" presents songs from Henry Purcell to Tom Waits.

Using a variety of playing techniques, Larissa Raumann (vocals & double bass) and Jens Baumgart (guitar) create sounds ranging from intimate to powerful and give well-known songs a new twist.

With groovy rhythms, fine jazz chords, classical counterpoint lines and surprising twists, they take the audience on an exciting sound journey through pop, swing and world music.

Larissa Raumann is a double bass player, singer and performer.
She plays classical music, tango, performs solo ("Die mit dem Bass tanzt") or as a duo with a vertical dance artist. She has performed at the "Miniaturen" and in cooperation with "La Strada" in Bremen. In her performances, she aims to entertain and inspire dreams - with sensitive poetry and humor.

Jens Baumgart plays acoustic and electric guitar.
His accompaniments and solos are multifaceted, skillfully interweaving melody and bass lines with chords.

Free admission. Just come along and enjoy good music and good conversation with acquaintances, friends and strangers, or maybe even a little dance!!!?
Don't worry about Bremen's shietwetter, if it rains too much we'll just move to the Lieblingscafé. The Lieblingscafé will also offer a special snack menu on the evenings of MAASSKULTUR, so you can enjoy your evening meal on site.
Enjoy a few hours of music in a relaxed atmosphere on our (hopefully always summery) square with musicians and bands from a wide variety of genres. And if you like it - musicians love spotlights - then you are welcome to leave something for the musicians and bands...
