LUNA KILLS sound big! With a modern metal sound suitable for the masses, energetic riffs and explosive breakdowns, the band effortlessly stands out in their home country of Finland, even though this country statistically has the most metal bands per capita (905 bands per 1 million inhabitants). The reason: their fresh mix of alternative metal, nu-metal and metalcore meets singer Lotta's unique voice, which has an audible jazz background and demonstrates great versatility alongside catchy choruses with aggressive fry screams. Despite their newcomer status, LUNA KILLS have long since made a name for themselves with a feature in the mobile app Beatstar and quickly attracted the attention of the music industry. After tours with Sonata Arctica, Bloodred Hourglass, Dear Mother and Lost Society as well as support slots for Blind Channel and Warmen in their home country, the band debuted outside Finland for the first time in 2024 and recently played at ESNS 2025 in the Netherlands. With a signing to SharpTone Records behind them, the release of their first three label singles and their upcoming debut album, LUNA KILLS are coming to Germany for three concerts in May, where fans will get their money's worth in Hamburg, Cologne and Munich.

Founded in Kuopio, Finland in 2019, LUNA KILLS had to wait until 2022 for their first single. "here for the drama" was the first to showcase the band's modern metal sound. After two more singles in 2022 and 2023 and their first tours through Finland, LUNA KILLS attracted international attention in February 2024 with the track "we were born to die". In October 2024, the band signed to SharpTone Records and released their single "slay your enemies" at the same time. The label debut single seamlessly builds on their previous style and expands it with a bombastic state-of-the-art production, which also impresses on the two singles "sugar rush" and "LEECH" . With these tracks, LUNA KILLS are already hinting at the release of their debut long-player "DEATHMATCH", which will be released on April 25th via SharpTone Records.
