Ludwig Seuss Trio feat. Abi Wallenstein

Hamburg blues legend Abi Wallenstein and Munich boogie and zydeco veteran Ludwig Seuss perform a joint concert evening. Rough delta blues meets virtuoso piano boogie woogie, grooving shuffle beats mingle with zydeco sounds. Wallenstein's expressive vocals are rounded off by Seuss' soulful organ playing.

ABI WALLENSTEIN has become a permanent fixture on the European blues scene. Since the early 60s, he has been on the road as a soloist, bandleader and partner of such well-known musicians as Axel Zwingenberger, Vince Weber and Inga Rumpf.

As a blues and boogie pianist with the Spider Murphy Gang, among others, as one of the most accomplished organists in Germany and as one of the best zydeco accordionists and composers east of the Mississippi - Munich's LUDWIG SEUSS has been playing in the top groove league for a long time.
