Surf / Psych / Cumbia concert at KESSELHAUS

Since their very first show supporting The Parrots at Oslo Hackney in May 2017, London-based Los Bitchos alias Serra Petale (guitar), Agustina Ruiz (synth/keytar), Josefine Jonsson (bass) and Nic Crawshaw (drums), who hail from all over the world, have made a name for themselves. A short time later, our friends from City Slang approached the band to sign them. They went on to play outstanding gigs at Glastonbury, SXSW, Coachella and Primavera Sound, at the Wide Awake and Green Man festivals, appeared as special guests for Mac DeMarco, Franz Ferdinand, Pavement and King Gizzard And The Lizard Wizard and also toured extensively around the world as headliners. They recently released their second album "Talkie Talkie", on which they have taken their pulsating, retro-futuristic mix of cumbia, disco, anadolu and psychedelic surf rock to a whole new level. An album like an open space in which excitement, creativity and, above all, community take center stage. Or, as Petale aptly puts it: "A place to get euphoric."
