A literary winter journey with Prof. Dr. Rudolf Drux

Müller's cycle of poems "Die Winterreise " (1823/24) is one of the most important works of Romanticism - set to music by Franz Schubert, it continues to fascinate to this day. In his lecture, Prof. Dr. Rudolf Drux sheds light on the contemporary and intellectual-historical context of the poems and shows how wintry nature becomes a reflection of an inner search in the songs. An evening for all those who are inspired by literature and profound interpretations as well as an opportunity for discussion.
