We cordially invite you to a very special reading:
On Thursday, January 16, 2025, at 7:30 pm
at the Fliese (Flügelstraße 58, 40227 Düsseldorf).
Renas Sido will read from his book
"Where are my olive trees? Detours from Syria to the Rhineland".
The author fled across the Mediterranean to Europe in a rubber dinghy. He now lives in Germany and campaigns for refugees and against discrimination. Be inspired by his moving story about flight, home and new beginnings.
Afterwards, there will be an opportunity to talk to the author and ask questions.
Free admission, donations for Sea-Eye are very welcome.
We look forward to welcoming you to this impressive evening! Your Sea Eye local group Düsseldorf
