In the attic of the Augustinermuseum, actor Heinzl Spagel reads from a selection of Hans Thomas' biographies and brings the artist back to life. The text passages and individual works by the artist will be introduced and commented on in terms of (art) history. In his two autobiographies "Im Herbste des Lebens - gesammelte Erinnerungsblätter 1909" and "Im Winter des Lebens - Lebenserinnerungen 1919", Thoma provides information about his life and his development as an artist. In the course of his life, he also wrote various letters to other artists, friends and patrons in which he expresses his attitudes and convictions in all areas of life. Participation costs 10 euros, concessions 8 euros. Tickets are available in the online store.
