A twelve-year-old refuses to accept the fact that his father has sent him to a children's home. Full of rage and despair, he follows him on his bike and begs him to at least keep in touch. In his neediness, he randomly asks for help from strangers and ends up with a hairdresser who helps him. A quiet, closely observed social drama, artfully condensed down to the last detail, which deals with the experience of unconditional love and rewards it with the prospect of happiness.
