Breathing and stage workshop for all levels

What is the most important thing in your life? Proteins? A vision? Sex? No, your breath! It's the same on stage. Words or movement only come afterwards, don't they? Reason enough to take a look at your breath in a workshop. Welcome!
Panic, heart racing, throat cramping. Exactly, this is Impro as you know it. I have a little trick for you to get into a different quality of experience on stage. Learn how to make it easier for yourself to be yourself on stage. Learn how to get in touch with your counterpart safely. Learn how to go deep with ease and why your diaphragm has the best ideas.
