Lars Eidinger is one of the most dazzling personalities on the German cultural scene - a crossover artist between acting, art and music, between high culture and pop. On March 29, 2025, the exceptional Berlin artist will present an exclusive DJ set in the Stadtgarten as part of Ehrenfeld XL, a festival that celebrates Cologne's club scene in all its diversity.
Eidinger is best known for his stage work at the Berlin Schaubühne and his film roles, which have earned him a reputation as a versatile and unconventional artist. But Eidinger also has another stage: the DJ booth. His sets, which interweave pop, techno, hip-hop and rap in a way that no longer recognizes genre boundaries, have long since become cult.

Music as a total work of art

Anyone who experiences Eidinger live quickly realizes that his DJ sets are more than just entertainment. They are experiments, unpredictable and radically creative. The artist breaks down well-known tracks into their individual parts in order to reassemble them - into sound collages that are sometimes hypnotic, sometimes electrifying, but always unique. With his legendary Autistic Disco series, which he has since renamed Anti-Disco, Eidinger has shown that club music doesn't have to have fixed rules, but can be a playground for inspiration.

The night will also be complemented by a carefully curated line-up: Jeremaier (Lekker Records) and O'Doyle (Bootshaus) will provide the perfect contrasts with their sets to frame Eidinger's performance.
