Interwoven wires, rearranged keyboard keys, collaged motherboards - Elias Sime has developed a captivating aesthetic by repurposing and repurposing electronic waste. In conversation with his collaborator Meskerem Assegued and curator Felicitiy Korn, the Ethiopian artist provides insights into his work, the materials used and the stories inherent in them: "The material conveys an immediate feeling for the current situation in which we live."
