In the organizer's words:

Imagine you're sitting in a burning house and the fire department holds a discussion about whether the fire even exists. Or whether you are perhaps simply more sensitive to heat than others. This is what feminist debate feels like in 2025.

While rights are first discussed and then deleted, while violence against FLINTA* people increases and is simultaneously trivialized, while old battles have not yet been won and new ones already seem to be lost, there is really only one option: Don't wait. Prepare.

That's why there is "Art & Struggle - The Future is Feminist".

A day for skills, knowledge, community and resistance.
Workshops, lectures, performances, interactive sessions - all with a common mission: empowerment as a tool against powerlessness.

Whether regulated nervous systems as a revolutionary practice (yes, yoga can be political), an open letter from the FLINTA Roundtable to the music & club scene*, the Feminité Museum as a feminist space of remembrance, interactive trainings on queer superpowers, a ballroom session as a place of radical self-determination, or simply a place to make signs for the demo - this day is more than an event. It is an appointment with the future.

And because this is not just a theory seminar, there will also be a concert performance by Skuff Barby - a feminist statement in sound form - as well as an after-show party exclusively for FLINTA*, hosted by Katja Ruge.

Why Feminist Fight Day and not International Women's Day?

Because feminism is not just for women. And because fighting is more than celebrating. March 8 was never intended to be a day for bouquets of flowers, but a day of resistance against patriarchal violence, capitalism and social inequality.
Anyone who can afford to look the other way on this day should be here for precisely this reason.
