Mercedes Adjelleh, the owner of the Latin American supermarket Hola Mundo, is also the best Peruvian cook in Cologne. She has shared some of her secrets and tips with our guests on numerous Kulturklüngel city tours. If you haven't heard of Peruvian cuisine before, you should change that as soon as possible. The variety of different potatoes and chillis from the Andes is incredible. You simply have to try it!

Together we prepare causa limeña (mashed potatoes seasoned with yellow chili, lime juice, chicken or cheese), carapulcra and other dishes.
It is accompanied by chicha morada, the juice made from purple corn.
Vegetarian alternatives are unfortunately not available on this course. Additional drinks are available on site at your own expense.
