Historical research on National Socialism has long been dominated by a focus on the resistance. In the meantime, interest has shifted to a broader social history of National Socialism. How can we talk about dissent and organized resistance from this perspective? At the academic conference accompanying the special exhibition "Criticism under National Socialism. Cologne Cases 1934-1944", international experts will discuss this question.
