Konzert: 80cm Brett und Ami Lions

80cmBrett: The world offers endless options and anything is possible. There are big topics and supposedly everyday banalities that nevertheless need to be talked about. With the virtues of not taking itself too seriously and the enthusiasm for the different perspectives of our cosmos, 80cmBrett simply wants to have a great time with the audience with positive vibes and exciting sounds.
Over meandering time signatures, we send rugged as well as gentle riffs, sometimes with a longing, sometimes with a cheerful message via the ears into the hearts. What we do is German indie rock; the songs tell of the universe of love, nights away from civilization, kitchen table philosophies or simply the fun of drinking spirits together. Again and again, a new melody or groove emerges from some corner of the stage, only to merge into a danceable verse. Or into a sing-along chorus before we dive back into the next instrumental section.
The first release, "Bei mir, bei dir", in 2023 was followed by a second EP, "Diagnose: Schluckauf", in 2024. In March 2025, the band traveled south to share their beautiful music with Franconian audiences.

Ami Lyons: British singer-songwriter Ami Lyons walked solo for a long time before she got reinforcements in 2022. And what a one!
With an unmistakable voice, real instruments and a mix of pop-rock-indie-folk, the five-piece band of the same name from Nuremberg delights its audience.
You can't pigeonhole them. They make creative use of different musical genres so that there is something for everyone. And the talented musicians have already proven this at numerous gigs and festivals in Germany and England. The highlight of the band's young history was second place in the Bavarian Broadcasting Corporation's "Profile of the Year" competition, which was awarded with a production in the BR studios in Munich.
Tracy Chapman meets Amy Macdonald, accompanied by electric and acoustic guitars, cool bass riffs, charming piano interludes and rhythmic drums. With lots of positive vibes and profound lyrics - here you can laugh, dance and even shed a tear.
