You have no experience with yoga and would like to do something for your body and mind? Would you like to deepen your first online yoga experience?
Then our closed basic yoga course is just right for you - a balanced mix of theory and practice, movement and breathing, strength and relaxation, body and mind!
In our beginners' course, we will learn basic yoga poses (asanas), try them out and rediscover them in your body. This will help you build up more strength and flexibility. You can also relieve tension (especially in the shoulder and neck area) with different yoga poses. We will introduce you to simple breathing techniques (pranayama). And show you how to use your breathing to support calm and balance in the nervous system. We will also introduce you to relaxation and concentration exercises. In this way, you can bring the serenity from the yoga class into your everyday life.
After your basic yoga course, you should be able to take part in our open level 1 classes, yin yoga and back yoga.

The processing fee for closed courses is €15 and is included in the price. The processing fee is non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the participants. The event can be canceled free of charge up to 14 days before the start of the event. Up to 7 days before the start of the event, a cancellation fee of 50% of the booked services will be charged. In the event of a later cancellation or non-participation, the full participation fee must be paid by the user.
