In the organizer's words:

"Celebrating vegetables" - that's the name of our little cookbook treasure, published by the renowned GU publishing house. In the book, we celebrate the best seasonal vegetables, cook our way through the seasons and have created typical beetroot recipes for you to cook at home. In our course accompanying the book, we cook wonderful seasonal menus together, which we put together for you from the individual cookbook recipes. And of course we'll give you special tips and tricks.

Cost: 95 euros per person
Start:6 p.m.
Duration: 3 - 4 hours

Contents Cooking course fee:
* Cooking together in a cozy atmosphere with a maximum of 11 participants
* Individual support and plenty of room for individual questions and information
* Fine snacking in our dining room
* Water (loud & quiet)
* Apron on loan for the duration of the course

Drinks:
You can choose between other non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks as well as espresso and coffee. We charge at the end of the evening according to consumption. (Preferably cash, or by EC card in the restaurant).

Leftovers:
Experience has shown that a few delicious leftovers are often left over. Feel free to bring cans and reusable dishes - often a perfect treat for the next day!

Parking & arrival:
* Parking spaces and bicycle stands are available in the inner courtyard
* Streetcars 042 and 043 stop right outside the door
* Please be there 5-10 minutes before the course starts so that we can start on time.

Cancellation & Cancellation:
* The course booking is binding upon receipt and payment of your ticket.
* If we, the FETTE BEETE, have to cancel the course for extraordinary reasons (e.g. illness, low number of participants), you will of course receive a voucher that you can use for an alternative date.
* If you have to cancel the course up to 21 days in advance, please send an email to kochschule@diefettebeete.de. You then have two options: We will book you onto another course manually or refund the course fee you have already paid free of charge.
* If you cancel later (less than 21 days), no rebooking or refund is possible for organizational reasons.
* If you are unable to attend yourself, you can of course transfer your ticket to another person.
* Cancellations must be made in writing.
