Klein Aber Schick w/ Havington

In the organizer's words:

Havington is an indie pop trio from Bremen. The three musicians have already experienced a lot in a short space of time: from festival days such as Melt! or the SWR 3 New Pop Festival, hectic pedestrian zones to the most labyrinthine bars in Berlin or Kiel. In their music, Havington manage to create their very own sound between guitars, synth pads, driving rhythms and dreamy, nostalgic duo vocals from the two lead singers. The result is indie pop, catchy tunes, upbeat and danceable, dreamy and thoughtful, music to get lost in and indulge in, carried by two voices that can be velvet and sandpaper at the same time. It gets under your skin and is allowed to stay there - and incidentally, Havington sings about the reality of life for an entire generation: "Times are getting rough these days // Sometimes I need a cocoon // A safe place, a soulmate // I think that could be you"

It's quiet - on the surface, but somewhere inside it's bubbling away. It may be cold outside, it's certainly cozy inside, it's Monday - but live music is still playing. At the Kulturlounge Schick Mainz in Kaiserstraße. The concert agency Musikmaschine has the honor of booking the concert series Klein Aber Schick, because no matter how you look at it: The city needs new songs!

Musikmaschine and Schick present selected live music to around 120 guests at the Klein Aber Schick concert series. Small concerts take place every Monday with Free admission in the middle of Mainz. For young and old. From local and foreign to international artists.
