Symphony & Sounds - classical music, rock and pop with the Neue Philharmonie Frankfurt

To mark the 40th anniversary of the Britzer Garten, Klassik Open Air 2025 is offering a very special mix of styles with "Symphony & Sounds - Classical, Rock and Pop".

Whether great classical music, velvety ballads or rock sounds. The Neue Philharmonie Frankfurt presents a crossover program on the open-air stage by the lake with legendary musical highlights on the theme of water. Under the direction of Jens Troester, the orchestra will be supported by rock singer Lorena Huber, rock tenor Karsten Stiers and a band.

Smetana's DIE MOLDAU meets Bruce Springsteen's THE RIVER, Deep Purple's SMOKE ON THE WATER gets on well with Robert Schumann's DIE RHEINISCHE SINFONIE and the summer feeling by the water is perfect with the Beachboys' SURFING MEDLEY or Barry Manilow's COPACABANA.

The highlight of the evening is the impressive firework display that lights up the night sky over the lake with colorful fire flowers.
