While the whole of London is suffering from a heatwave, the Hammersmith district is shaken by a brutal murder: the Hatherley family is dead. Apparently, the father first killed his children, then his wife and finally himself. But when the Warnburton family is found dead just a few weeks later, Sherlock Holmes begins to doubt whether this can still be a tragic coincidence. Together with Dr. John Watson, a battle against time - and against the heat - unfolds during this bloody summer.

For the radio play series "Sherlock & Watson", Der Audio Verlag has brought the crème de la crème of the German film and television landscape on board. The cast includes Johann von Bülow, who lends his voice to Sherlock Holmes, Florian Lukas, who takes on the role of Dr. Watson, and Stefan Kaminski, who interprets James Moriarty, Sherlock Holmes' arch-enemy.
