In the organizer's words:
Traditionally, the streets of Aachen's city center belong to the Öcher Kengern on Tulip Sunday. Around a hundred floats and foot groups parade through the city in their colorful costumes from Lothringerstraße to Sandkaulstraße. In addition to the children's and youth groups of Aachen's carnival clubs, numerous Aachen schools and daycare centers also join the colourful parade.
