Space travelers watch out!

On Friday, February 7, 2025, it's finally time again: Children's Museum Night in Düsseldorf. In the middle of the Hofgarten, we invite you to the pink planet TMD Theatermuseum Hofgartenhaus Düsseldorf. This year, astronauts, aliens, a water monster, ballet dancers, footballers, a talking chicken and the aged janitor of the famous theater actress Louise Dumont will be romping around here. Find out what connects this colorful group and why they came to visit the TMD with puzzle tours, flashlight tours through the courtyard garden and through secret areas of the house or with various craft and hands-on activities. So be sure to come by and try it all out for yourself!

By the way, our astronaut bar will be open extra long for you that evening.

The TMD program for the Children's Museum Night:

5pm - 10pm (continuous)
Excellent footwork. Ballett am Rhein meets Fortuna Düsseldorf
Puzzle tour through the current exhibition for ballet and soccer fans aged 6 and over (hands-on activities for young and old)

17-22 h (approx. every 30 minutes)
On Louise's trail
Flashlight tour through the secret janitor's apartment for the brave aged 6 and over (adults are not allowed in)

7 & 8 & 9 p.m.
Where is the water monster?
Flashlight puzzle tour through the courtyard garden for children aged 5 and over. Please bring flashlights.
Meeting point: in front of the theater museum

A little story about the theater 100 years ago, at the time of Louise Dumont and Gustav Lindemann
Activity with folding puppet for children aged 5 and over
