KAY RAY - Eine Hommage an Kate Bush

In the organizer's words:

She was always regarded as a troublemaker in the music industry. At the beginning of her career, she withdrew a song that had already been released on the radio before it was delivered to record stores in order to change the cover. Her debut "Wuthering Heights" only came onto the market because of her unruliness. She sings songs with a German accent, sometimes backwards and even ends with the braying of a donkey.

There are reasons for all this. You always need a key to get behind the secrets of her music.

Kay Ray has set out to find it. The enfant terrible of entertainment sees in Kate's art the absolute freedom to look at everything from all sides. The circle is complete.

Because while Kay Ray takes the piss out of our completely crazy zeitgeist, he pays homage to his non-conformist muse. KATE BUSH.

He sings about the laundry in the drum of a washing machine, the grief of a soldier's mother or simply the infinite number π: "3.14159265359 ...".
